brand Campaign: Emblemhealth

Description:  In 2017, we evolved EmblemHealth's “For Now, For Life” brand campaign to highlight its diverse members and the activities they do to stay healthy. We also included a more traditional direct CTA with the inclusion of campaign-specific, language-specific phone lines.

My role:  As Director, Marketing & Creative Services, I was responsible for brand campaigns and led my internal team and brand agency, gyro, in setting the brand strategy and managing all aspects of campaign development and tracking. 

Results: 

  • All-time highs in overall brand awareness and consideration—as measured by our annual brand tracker

  • 450MM impressions across NYC's five boroughs

  • 300+ leads/calls to our language-specific campaign phone lines
