MARKETING COLLATERAL: EmblemHealth
Description: EmblemHealth's Creative Services (i.e. design) team was responsible for conception and development of marketing collateral for EmblemHealth and our partner medical group, AdvantageCare Physicians. We developed brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, direct mail, digital banners and social media content for health insurer and provider target audiences, including EmblemHealth individual Exchange members, EmblemHealth Medicare members, health plan brokers, EmblemHealth providers, AdvantageCare Physicians patients and both prospective EmblemHealth members and AdvantageCare Physicians patients.
My role: As Director of Marketing & Creative Services, my role was to brief the designers, conduct editorial review informed by business strategy and manage internal client relationships. The majority of requests for materials came from internal clients, but some projects I initiated based on direct conversation with our CEO (e.g. business cards, new member welcome kit). Shown here some examples of our work.
Results: These materials reflected internal efforts I led to simplify and streamline branding, highlight new products and improve cultural competency. Ultimately, they improved communications and helped increase member loyalty.
