Description: One of the first things I did at EmblemHealth was establish a corporate social media presence via the company's Care for the Family Caregiver program. Over the years, our social footprint grew to include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Glassdoor, Yelp and a Blog, and the internal team that supported our presence grew as well.
My role: I had holistic responsible for our social media engagement, from social strategy and online reputation management to creative development and paid media promotion. The social media and creative services teams I managed collaborated to develop engaging original content, such as thought leadership pieces about health policy, healthy recipes, health tip infographics and animated videos.
Results:
Creation of an industry-leading social media presence, with over 28K followers across platforms
Majority share of voice online
Implementation of best-in-class social CRM tool, Sprinklr
